Key Responsibilities:

  • SEO Strategy Development: Create, implement, and manage effective SEO strategies across the company’s website and digital platforms, with a focus on increasing organic search rankings, driving targeted traffic, and generating high-quality leads.
  • Keyword Research & Optimization: Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-traffic, relevant keywords; optimize on-page content, meta descriptions, and headers for maximum impact.
  • On-Page & Technical SEO: Optimize website structure, internal linking, page speed, mobile responsiveness, and other technical SEO elements to ensure best practices and compliance with search engine algorithms.
  • Content Strategy & Optimization: Collaborate with content creators and other teams to ensure that content is optimized for SEO and aligned with target keywords and search intent.
  • Backlink Strategy: Develop and execute a link-building strategy to improve domain authority and boost rankings.
  • SEO Audits & Reporting: Conduct regular SEO audits, monitor website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs, and provide detailed reporting on progress and recommendations for improvement.
  • Competitor Analysis: Monitor and analyze competitor websites and SEO strategies to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Stay Current with SEO Trends: Continuously research and stay updated on the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices, applying this knowledge to adjust strategies and keep the company ahead of the curve.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, content, and development teams to implement SEO improvements and integrate best practices into all digital initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on SEO experience in a digital marketing or IT-focused environment.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.
  • Proven experience in executing successful SEO campaigns, both on-page and off-page, for technical or B2B websites, preferably in the technology or IT sector.
  • Solid understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and the overall SEO landscape.
